Specific Construction Details:

The X307 Binxian Road (Shayuan South Road to Shugang Avenue) Widening and Reconstruction Project is located in Hengjie Town, Luqiao District, connecting with the under-construction Nanshan–Yangyu Highway. The starting point is the end of the Nanshan–Yangyu Highway at stake number K10+264.146. The route extends eastward along the existing X307 Binxian Road for a total length of 3.624 km, widening the current roadway in both directions. It intersects successively with Shayuan South Road, Xinxing Road, Lvtian Avenue, the Airport Access Road, and Xiaoliang Line, and ends at the Shugang Avenue intersection, with the terminal stake number K13+888.

The project is designed according to the Class I Highway Standard specified in the Technical Standards for Highway Engineering (JTG B01-2014), while also accommodating urban road functions. The design speed is 80 km/h.

• From the starting point to the Airport Access Road section, the existing two-way six-lane road will be widened to a two-way ten-lane road.

• From the Airport Access Road to the Shugang Avenue section, the existing two-way six-lane road will be widened to a two-way eight-lane road.

• The project covers K10+264.146 to K13+888, with a total length of 3.624 km.
